Most SEQ sites are on the Energex network (poles + wires); the further west you go (Toowoomba, Lockyer, Western Downs) the more likely you're on Essential Energy.

Sunshine Coast
Hospitality + medical + light manufacturing across Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Caloundra and Noosa. Growing commercial solar base, feed-in tariff negotiation is where the real money sits.
Ipswich
Manufacturing, logistics, and trades-heavy. Sites here usually run on demand-billed tariffs above 100 MWh/year, C&I tender territory.
Logan
Mid-tier industrial across Loganholme, Browns Plains, Beenleigh. Mix of warehouses, trade workshops, and growing hospitality on the southern Brisbane fringe.
Moreton Bay
North-of-Brisbane sprawl, North Lakes retail, Caboolture manufacturing, Redcliffe hospitality. Mixed load shapes mean per-site quoting matters more than panel averages.
Redlands
Cleveland + Capalaba commercial centres + a marine-trade base around the bay. Small-to-mid commercial mostly on SME panel quoting.
Toowoomba
Western Downs gateway, agricultural processing, freight + logistics through Wellcamp, plus growing CBD commercial. Some sites on Essential Energy network rather than Energex.
